1. Be responsible for implementing the company's quality, progress, safety, cost control and overall objectives within this project. 2. According to the relevant requirements of the company, be responsible for the whole process and overall management of project implementation, and organize the formulation and implementation of internal control rules of the project. 3. Strictly fulfill the contract signed with the construction unit and the management responsibilities and objectives required by the Company for the Project Department, and implement regular target management to ensure the realization of the project objectives. 4. Responsible for organizing relevant personnel to formulate project organization plan, project management implementation plan or construction organization design, and organize construction change and other related work. 5. Be responsible for the overall management of human resources, materials, machinery and equipment, capital, technology and information of construction projects, and actively promote and apply new technologies, new processes and new materials. 6. Do a good job in project budget and cost management, and be responsible for project cost management. 7. Responsible for the implementation of project approval, settlement, summary and money recovery. 8. Be responsible for the coordination of external coordination of the project, the coordination and communication of the construction unit and the management of the outsourcing unit. 9. Submit docking materials related to the project in writing as required by the Company. 10. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
